Why should I avoid realtor fees?

A low equity situation. If you own a property that has very limited equity or no equity and need to sell, an agent may not be the way to go. Selling with an agent, you will typically pay 6% in fees and it is based on the final sales price of the house. In some instances, sellers have had to bring money to the closing table to sell their property. Choosing Elevated Realty LLC, you will avoid fees and allow for us, in most cases, to give you money at the closing table. We do not bring an agent into our purchases, which allows for us to not pass on fees to people that are selling their property.

What is the difference between selling with a realtor and selling to Elevated Realty?

The biggest difference is getting a number you know you will walk away with.  As stated above we give NET offers, so the number we give is the number you will walk away with.  No additional fees, no commissions, no closing costs we cover all of this.  Also with a realtor, the house can sit on the market for months. While it sits, you are paying the mortgage monthly, which means you are losing money.  
 
Another difference is closing fast. It would be difficult for you to set a date with an agent for selling your house. A lot of factors are in play with this. If you go with Elevated Realty LLC, we can close fast, and in some cases, allow for you to remain in the property to give you time to move.
